DOFY acts as a platform that allows sellers who comply with our policies to sell their used electronic goods to third-party buyers. These terms of use constitute a legally binding contract between you, the seller of the goods, DOFY, and the third-party buyers who use our buyer services. In the following document, we refer to DOFY and our third-party buyers collectively.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our service.

By using DOFY, you certify that you are the legal owner of the gadget you wish to sell.

All initial quotes provided are subject to evaluation of your gadget, and no binding offer is made until we inspect the gadget in person. We reserve the right to refuse any item you offer to sell for reasons we deem reasonable. We also reserve the right to change our quote at any time.

In cases where the gadget is a different model than originally quoted, missing parts, or in a different condition than stated, we reserve the right to change or re quote our offer.

•Required Documents

All gadgets sold must be accompanied by the following documents: a self-attested government-approved ID proof of the owner of the old gadget and a self-attested indemnity bond provided by us if required.

•Lawful Sales

You must own the right, title, and all legal interests in the gadget or other articles you sell to us. Your sale and shipment of such articles must not violate any laws or regulations. You may not unlawfully transfer or encumber any intellectual property, trademark, copyright, patent, software, license, or any other legal right or restriction associated with the device you sell. The device must be free of all legal restrictions that could affect their value or restrict your right to transfer ownership. You agree to indemnify and hold DOFY, our affiliates, suppliers, licensors, and partners, as well as their officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives,harmless from any claims or demands arising from your access to or use of our services or your violation of these terms.

•Required Documents

•Data Erasure

It is your responsibility to wipe, clean, or delete all data from the gadget you sell through DOFY. You confirm that all data on the device will be erased before handing it over. However, if any data remains accessible due to technical reasons, DOFY and the third-party buyer will not be held responsible, and you may not approach DOFY for data retrieval.

•No Returns

Once a device is sold through DOFY, it cannot be returned to you under any circumstances.

•Gifted Products

Products distributed as gifts from state-sponsored or NGO-funded programs are not accepted on the DOFY platform.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or modify this agreement at any time without prior notice.

Your continued use of our website, app, tools, and services following any modifications constitutes your agreement to be bound by the updated terms.

Any modifications to the agreement become effective immediately upon publication.

DOFY reserves the right to cancel any transaction deemed suspicious or fraudulent at our own discretion.

You may not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

We reserve the right to limit the availability of the service, or any portion thereof, to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction, at any time and at our sole discretion.
